Your membership has been automatically set up for you, all you need to do is complete your details and choose a username and password for your account.
To do this, you'll need your membership pack number which will be sent to you in the post, if you haven't received it within 10 days of collecting your brand new Kawasaki Motorcycle, please get in touch with us.

Return, refund, cancellation and minimum age policies

You have 30 days to return your merchandise; for a full refund or another item of the same value. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in new and unused condition.
No orders may be cancelled as they are dispatched on the same day, however please see our returns policy if required.
All customers must be over the age of 18 years.

Delivery Policy

All items will be dispatched on the same day as purchase and will arrive within approx. 5-7 working days.

All event tickets will be dispatched approximately 2-3 weeks prior to the event.
